<p><em>The aim of the research is to explain and describe the role of Islamic religious education in shaping the character of the society 5.0 era in students. The research was conducted qualitatively using a library research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using documentation by collecting published scientific articles. Data processing techniques using reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show: (1) Islamic religious education in the 5.0 era, namely the implementation of religious values </em><em></em><em>which will be used as a foundation for students to face the era of digital technology. (2) Islamic character of students in the 5.0 era: knowledge aspect, students can use technology; good attitude, students are honest, wise, smart and confident in using technology; skill aspect, students can operate technology. (3) the role of Islamic religious education teachers: as educators they can provide instructions on the use of technology, as teachers they can provide in-depth knowledge about the use of technology, (4) Islamic religious education learning in the 5.0 era can use technology such as e-learning, Massive Open Online Course , Powerpoint, LCD Projector, Information and Communication Technology and other software that is able to form an independent character, high motivation, able to manage study time well, and able to operate technology.</em></p>Abdul Rozak

<p><em>Religion is not just rituals and religious accessories, religion includes a practical order, namely a person's attitude in living life. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education values from a Sufistic perspective at the Al-Karimiyah Islamic Boarding School, Depok. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The moral values that have been exemplified by the Prophets are Sufistic practices that can be instilled in students at the Al-Karimiyah Islamic boarding school in Depok, such as patience, sincerity, mujahadah and istiqomah.</em></p>Ari Pratama PutraMuhammad Haris Hakam

<p>This research is motivated by concerns about the morals of the young generation of school age which is increasingly degraded due to the negative impact of technological advances. Character education can be provided through classroom learning accompanied by religious extracurriculars. This study aims to describe the form of application of religious character values in religious extracurricular activities at MA Raudhlatul Irfan Lengkong Ulama. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. <p>This research discusses education that cannot be separated from the ideology behind it. The course of education is greatly influenced by the ideology it adheres to. The changing times that are increasingly advanced make schools as educational institutions, required to give birth to generations who can answer the needs of the community. To give birth to a quality generation, of course, it cannot be separated from the role of educational institutions and education personnel who must be qualified. The role of the principal as a supervisor is the main role carried out by the principal, as a supporter of the educational process in the school. The ideology of Islamic education in the supervision of school principals includes several basic principles that must be considered by school principals in leading and supervising Islamic education in schools.
