Abstract

This research aims to map the risks related to Istishna' financing by Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Rukun Abadi for subsidized housing in the Griya Wonosari housing complex. Subsidized housing financing is an effort to facilitate access to housing for low-income people. However, the implementation of financing has its own risks that need to be identified and managed well. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research using a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with BMT Rukun Abadi, document analysis, and direct observation in the field. This research evaluates various risks associated with Istishna' financing at BMT Rukun Abadi, including credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and legal risk. The purpose of this analysis is to assess whether a customer is eligible for financing or not. The results of the research show that risk management mapping and effective preventive analysis were carried out on subsidized housing istishna' financing at BMT Rukun Abadi for housing in Griya Wonosari to identify, analyze and mitigate various risks such as credit, liquidity, market, operational and sharia risks to ensure sustainability. and financing success.
