The research subjects consisted of Islamic Religious Education subject teachers, school principals, and students in class X Ulya at PKPPS Minhaajurroosyidiin, East Jakarta. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The main focus of this research is to find out the teacher's role in Islamic education, including qualifications, characteristics, and responsibilities in the learning process. The results of this study indicate that a systems approach can be a way to assess the quality of the educational process. This approach views learning as a system, where each component is interrelated and influences the success of a lesson. In the context of Islamic education, a systems approach can assist in developing quality Islamic education. Through this approach, various aspects that influence the success of the Islamic learning process can be seen, such as teacher qualifications, curriculum, learning methods, and available facilities. By looking at each of these components in an integrated manner, an effective and quality Islamic education system can be produced.
